With a background spanning sports, social impact, education and development initiatives, she plays an important role in strengthening Sspark’s stakeholder engagement and institutional relationships.

She has previously worked with organisations including the Royal Rajasthan Foundation and the Tata Trusts, where she led projects involving government departments, NGOs, institutions and community stakeholders. Her experience in managing complex programmes, developing partnerships, coordinating with government bodies and leading teams complements Sspark’s capabilities across sports events, government projects and sports development initiatives.

Jayesh Vangani is a vision-driven sports business leader and the driving force behind Sspark Sports & Entertainment. As Chief Executive Officer, he shapes the strategic direction, growth trajectory, and foundational ethos of the enterprise, positioning Sspark as a premiere architect of modern sports experiences.

With a career defined by building high-impact sporting platforms from the ground up, Jayesh has served as the operational backbone for some of the most recognizable sports properties including the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League, the Abu Dhabi T10, the Uttarakhand Premier League, and many more.
